Meet the audiologist behind the mission at Wave Audiology.

Always looking to deliver exceptional service and show up as the best version of himself, Jérémie seeked the challenge of completing a doctorate’s degree in audiology from the University of Florida after obtaining his master’s degree in the same field from the University of Ottawa. Leading and challenging himself has always been a constant in Jérémie’s life, even playing the role of student-athlete as one of the captains of the Université de Moncton varsity soccer team while completing his undergrad in biochemistry.

After completing his studies, Jérémie and his wife felt an urge to return home to New Brunswick to build roots by the ocean. Now a proud father to three beautiful kids; Jérémie enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family and dedicating free time to coaching youth sports. He believes Shediac is one of Canada’s most special communities and is fiercely proud to raise his children, and build a business in the town where so many of his fondest childhood memories were made.

Your partner in hearing health, through every stage of life.

Audiologists are healthcare professionals who specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of hearing and balance disorders. At Wave Audiology, our primary goal is to help people of all ages and backgrounds achieve optimal hearing health. From little ones to seniors, our passion is helping individuals and families navigate their hearing journey, while finding solutions that work best for their stage of life, diagnosis, and environment. One of the most important things that we do in our clinic is to provide comprehensive hearing evaluations. This involves a series of tests that measure different aspects of hearing, including sensitivity, clarity, and speech understanding. Based on the results of these tests, we can make recommendations on devices and techniques that can help that can improve communication and quality of life.

In addition to providing clinical services, we also play a vital role in hearing health education and prevention within our community. At Wave Audiology, we work closely with our patients and their families to promote healthy hearing habits, such as wearing hearing protection in loud environments and managing chronic conditions that can impact hearing. Every day we are focused on helping our patients achieve their version of optimal hearing health, and providing support and guidance as the next chapter of their hearing journey unfolds.
